An urban-renewal project of 32 apartments in two buildings on a single parcel in Çamlıbel, Kepez — a smaller block to the west and a larger one to the east, sharing a road frontage and a parking court between them.

The project replaced ageing housing stock under Türkiye’s urban-renewal programme. Each building is a basement plus ground, two floors and a roof floor. The east building has two apartments per floor around a central stair; the west block is a single-stair building of smaller units. Both sit on the same level, so from the south road they read as one composition — the combined street elevation on this page is what a pedestrian actually sees.

Designed by the practice and built by Mercan Construction, the project was completed in 2025.
