An urban-renewal apartment building in Şirinyalı, Antalya, with six units per floor around a central stair and lift core, every apartment reaching a corner.
Two basements take parking and services. Above them, the ground and three upper floors each hold six one-bedroom apartments arranged symmetrically around the core, so that every unit has its living room on the outer face and its bedroom and bathroom towards the centre. A roof floor under a shingle roof adds a final set of units with terraces.
The cruciform plan gives every living room two orientations and keeps corridors to a minimum; the elevations follow the plan, with balconies stacked on each face. Designed by the practice and built by Mercan Construction under the urban-renewal programme, construction began in 2025 and completes at the end of 2026.
