A three-storey villa on a suburban plot in Döşemealtı, laid out as an L around a garden and pool.

The ground floor holds the living rooms — kitchen, dining, salon — opening onto the garden, with a study, entrance hall and services on the street side. Two upper floors carry the bedrooms, with deep balconies to the south. The pool and lawn occupy the sunny half of the plot; parking and the entrance ramp take the north.

The elevations combine render and stone in two tones under a flat roof; the balconies give the south face its depth. Construction starts in 2027.
